**Hygiene and Safety:** To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once they have been opened or used.

 **Product Integrity:** Hair extensions are delicate products that can easily be damaged or altered during the handling process. To ensure that our customers receive only the best quality products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been removed from their original packaging.



In rare cases where a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your complete satisfaction.
